The Young INGRES roadshow reaches Neuchâtel, where we aim to build new connections across the Röstigraben and bring together perspectives from across Switzerland’s IP community.

This session, “IP and entrepreneurship: where innovation meets business”, explores how intellectual property plays a role in innovation, transactions, and legal strategy. 

Building and scaling innovation is increasingly shaped by how intellectual property is developed and leveraged in practice. In collaborations with start-ups, in licensing negotiations, and in the evolving relationship between companies and law firms, IP plays a central role in enabling - and at times constraining - business decisions. 

This Young INGRES event brings together different perspectives on IP and entrepreneurship. From transactions and licensing to the changing legal services landscape, our speakers will share practical insights into key challenges, common pitfalls, and emerging models. The evening will begin with an optional ice-breaker activity and conclude with a networking apéro, bringing you all together from the first connection to the final conversation.
