Microscopy images hold valuable scientific information, but proper treatment and analysis are essential to unlock their full potential. This one-day course, led by Dr. Sylvain Loubéry (UNIGE), introduces participants to ethical image manipulation, processing, quantification, and automation using the open-source software Fiji. Through short lectures and guided exercises, students will learn practical skills in segmentation, colocalization analysis, and macro writing. Designed for beginners with basic microscopy experience, the course combines theory and practice to help researchers analyze and present their images with confidence.
