Reminder:
The DSLS reminds participants that for activities organised in collaboration with CUSO, only travel costs can be reimbursed, based on a standard half‑fare CFF return ticket between Neuchâtel and the activity location. Accommodation, meals, and other subsistence expenses are not covered unless lunch is explicitly included in the CUSO activity. Any exception must be requested in advance—at least five days before the event—and depends on available budget. Students attending through CUSO‑reserved places follow CUSO’s reimbursement rules, and all participants must keep their original tickets and receipts.
