nccr – on the move · People and Network
A National Research Network
From 2014 to 2026, the nccr – on the move brought together researchers from universities and research institutions across Switzerland to advance the study of migration and mobility.
Over its twelve years, the network involved more than 250 researchers, including project leaders, postdoctoral researchers, doctoral students and research associates, alongside international collaborators. Its education and training programme accompanied 88 doctoral researchers and 79 postdoctoral researchers across the three funding phases.
Partner Universities and Institutions
The University of Neuchâtel was the home institution of nccr – on the move. Together with its partner universities and institutions across Switzerland, it formed the institutional basis of the research network.
