Melody Bozinova is a PhD candidate in the project "Revamping Anticorruption Criminal Law - Strategies and Consequences (RevACLaw)" led by Prof. Nadja Capus (Chair of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure) and funded by the European Research Council (ERC). This project analyses recent developments in the fight against corporate corruption in the three areas of criminal law: substantive criminal law, criminal procedure and international mutual assistance.
In 2014, Melody Bozinova obtained  her Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Fribourg and in 2017 her Master of Law in Criminology and Security from the University of Lausanne. Before starting her PhD, she worked since 2017 in the field of rehabilitation of people suffering from addiction and in the execution of sentences or penal measures in open environments.
