Incoming students

Arriving in Neuchâtel

On the first day of the programme (or a few weeks before, if you are already in Neuchâtel), please go to the Registration Office, to sign in and get your student file (which contains your student ID card, account access code and other documents).

  • Late arrival

In case of visa delay, we recommend not to join the programme later then end of September as a late arrival may strongly impact chances of succeeding in the programme.

  • Welcome day for newcomers

We highly recommend students to attend the welcome orientation to be given by Prof. Emmanuelle Reuter, the programme director, on the first day of classes. This session will provide essential information and help you start your academic journey on the right foot.
