The Institute of Management (IMN) is the teaching and research unit of the University of Neuchâtel (bachelor, master, PhD, continuing education) in management, strategy, innovation, marketing and human resources.

It is involved in the management of various programmes, in particular the Master of Science in International Business Development (MScIBD), the Master of Science in General Management (MScGeM), the Master of Science in Innovation Management (MScInnov), the Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business and various executive trainings. Furthermore the IMN offers specific research fields such as :
