The research group of Prof. Dr. Maike Debus is recruiting a Doctoral Researcher starting March 1, 2027 (or upon agreement).

Research Focus

Economic stressors (job insecurity, overqualification), employee well-being, health and recovery, and impression management at work.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree (above-average) in psychology or a related field.
