 Marginal Revolution University (MRU)

Swissreg allows you to search for trademarks, patents and designs free of charge:

    • Pending applications: New applications are generally listed in Swissreg within two working days of receipt.
    • Cancelled applications: All applications cancelled since July 2006.
    • Cancelled trademarks: Swissreg contains all trademarks cancelled since July 2006.
    • Active trademarks: All active trademarks are registered in Swissreg.

Organisation Mondiale de la Propriété Intellectuelle (OMPI) registers international trademarks whose protection may extend to Switzerland. WIPO provides its own free online directory, the ‘Madrid Express’.
