The Swiss Forum for Migration and Population Studies (SFM) is a research and training institute at the University of Neuchâtel. It was founded in 1995 with the aim of pragmatically contributing to discussions on topics related to migration.

Every year, the SFM awards a prize for the best Swiss high school thesis on a topic related to migration or inclusion of immigrants in the broadest sense. The PrixMatude Migration is open to students from all Swiss high schools (lycées, gymnases, collèges). More information here. Submission deadline: January 10, 2026
