Leader-Employee Dynamics

 

 

What is the study about?

We are conducting a research project on the dynamics of leader-employee relationships. The study focuses on how leaders interact with, support, and manage their employees based on their skills and qualifications.

The project is supported by the Swiss National Science Foundation and is being led by Prof. Maike Debus and Eugenia Bajet Mestre.

 

Who can participate?

In order to participate, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Feel comfortable to communicate in English
  • Currently work in a paid position in an organization

You should also meet one of the following criteria:

  • Supervisors: You have experience managing employees who directly report to you.
  • Employees: You directly report to a supervisor within your organization.

 

How does it work?

  • Complete a 5-minute online survey here
  • Based on your answers to the questionnaire, we may invite you to participate in a follow-up interview (approx. 60 mins)
