Founded in 2007, the Time and Frequency Laboratory (LTF) celebrated its tenth anniversary with a festive day on October 26, 2017. More than 130 people came to pay tribute to the achievements of this competence centre, which is the heir to the research activities of the Observatoire cantonal de Neuchâtel.
