Institut de psychologie du travail et des organisations

Depuis plus de 40 ans, la psychologie du travail est enseignée à l'Université de Neuchâtel. En Suisse romande, l'Université de Neuchâtel est la seule à offrir cette spécialisation comme branche principale.
Les activités d'enseignement et de recherche couvrent les domaines de la psychologie du travail, psychologie des organisations et psychologie du personnel. Une priorité thématique des recherches concerne les interactions sociales et la santé au travail.
L'Institut de psychologie du travail et des organisations (IPTO) est dirigé par deux professeur
s ordinaires et une professeure assistante, Adrian Bangerter, Laurenz Meier (directeur) et Maike Debus.

Congratulations to our IPTO Members Rebekka Steiner, Laurenz Meier, Armelle Vallette D'Osia, Koralie Orji and Elisabeth Germanier that successfully presented their respective works at the 21st EAWOP Conference in Poland on the 25-27th of May 2023 :
