Who and what can be reimbursed:

Students who are registered in the Water-Earth Systems PhD School (i.e., from an eligible institution and having completed the registration form) can have the following expenses reimbursed when attending courses/activities of the School:

• Transport (public transport at SBB/CFF démi-tarif/halbtax rate)
• Food and accommodation may be reimbursed on a course-by-course basis. The coordinator will communicate the reimbursement policy to participants of individual courses.

How to get reimbursed:

• Download the reimbursement form and fill it out.
• Send it as a single pdf file with your tickets/receipts scanned on A4 paper to the secretary responsible for the WES PhD School.
• You must submit this form and receipts within 1 month of the end of the course.
