The Institute of Management (IMN) - formerly Enterprise Institute - is one of the five institutes of the Faculty of Economics and Business. It is involved in the management of various programmes, in particular the Master of Science in International Business Development (MScIBD), the Master of Science in general management (MScGeM), the Master of Science in Innovation (MScInnov), the Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business and various executive trainings. Furthermore the IMN offers specific research domains such as :
- Strategy and management, Network and Networking strategies (Prof. Claudia Jonczyk Sédès)
- Consumer behavior analysis, social marketing and sustainable products marketing (Prof. Valéry Bezençon)
- Luxury marketing, branding, marketing and digitalization (Prof. Bruno Kocher)
- Innovation and change in organizations, cognitive perspectives (Prof. Emmanuelle Reuter)
- Human resources management (Prof. Cinzia Dal Zotto)
Recherche
Prof. Claudia Jonczyk Sédès, Dr. Philippe Lamb and Oussama Darouichi, of the Institute of management, carried out two large-scale surveys on the impact of Covid-19 on French-speaking companies in Switzerland and the measures implemented to meet current and future challenges. This project was carried out in partnership with HR Bench, with the collaboration of chambers of commerce and HR associations in Romandie.
