Content

During this highly interactive workshop, the experts will present and discuss their vision of the future of agriculture, with an emphasis on the approaches that are needed to achieve worldwide food security for the generations to come. During roundtable discussions, and rendition presentationsthe participants will have the opportunity to challenge and critically discuss the experts' visions. Topics will range from climate-smart agriculture, microbial soil health, alternatives to pesticides, insects as food, and compromises between organic versus intensive agriculture. Special emphasis will also be on improving gender equality, as well as socio-economic equity and justice through agriculture.
