Human activity is always situated. We study institutional or informal arrangements, such as migrant integration schemes, schools or training programs, and try to understand the conditions under which they support people’s learning and development. At the request of the people concerned, we also take part in rethinking or changing these institutional arrangements, so that they enable everyone to find their place and collectives to function creatively.
