The Innovation Management track aims to train professionals capable of understanding and managing innovation processes within organizations, combining a thorough analysis of key issues, the development of solutions and their implementation, all within a solid understanding of change management. This program is based on the acquisition of knowledge that blends academic input with practical know-how, notably through real-world challenges provided by partner organizations. The courses cover various fields such as strategic management, marketing, financial management, sustainability and intellectual property law. In addition, students have the possibility to expand their core 90-ECTS program to 120 ECTS, depending on their choice of courses.
This Master’s program is open to anyone holding a Bachelor’s degree in economics or an HES/HEG Bachelor’s degree with an average grade above 5.
Students who hold or will obtain a Bachelor’s degree in economics, management, business administration or a related field from a recognized Swiss higher education institution, with a minimum overall average of 5.00, may apply for direct admission.
It is also open to applicants holding a Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines such as natural sciences, political science, social sciences or law, as well as HES graduates, subject to admission with prerequisites or corequisites, which will be defined in a learning contract.
