Biography

Polina Efremenko is a senior SNSF researcher at the Department of Accounting and Control of the University of Lausanne. Prior to that, she worked as a Teaching and Research Assistant at the University of Neuchâtel, where she also completed her PhD in Finance.

She conducts research in the area of sustainability, with a focus on regulations, corporate finance, and financial markets. She has published in the Journal of Banking & Finance and presented her work at leading conferences in Switzerland and abroad.
