Journée neuchâteloise de la propriété intellectuelle et de l’innovation

The Journées Neuchâteloises de la Propriété Intellectuelle et de l’Innovation (JNPI2, before journées de l’innovation) are aimed at practitioners in the field (intellectual property attorneys, lawyers, in-house counsel, hosts and incubators, judges, members of federal and cantonal administrations). Each year, they deal with a specific theme in the field. The afternoons are devoted to updating participants on recent intellectual property law and jurisprudence developments. In keeping with the spirit of Innocube [lien], these events encourage exchanges between the different linguistic regions, taking place in French, German, and sometimes English or Italian, thus overcoming the Röstis barrier. In addition to enriching discussions, the recreational part offers the opportunity to discover the charms of the city and the magnificent shores of Lake Neuchâtel.
