Dragan holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Basel (2009). Currently he works as a Scientific Officer at the section Labour Market Analysis and Social Policy of the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO). He has also been lecturing various courses at the University of Basel and the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland for over a decade. From 2017 to 2023, he was an associate researcher at ETH’s Chair of Economics / Resource Economics (RESEC).
