The Graduate Campus of the University of Neuchâtel is dedicated to supporting doctoral and postdoctoral researchers throughout their journey at the University.

It serves as a central hub for information and exchange, offering guidance, support, and advice to the entire community of doctoral and postdoctoral researchers, regardless of their host faculty or field of research.

Missions


The main missions of the Graduate Campus are to:

  • Centralize useful and relevant information for doctoral and postdoctoral researchers in order to simplify access to resources and orientation;
  • Offer workshops, training, and resources that foster the development of transferable skills and support career planning for doctoral and postdoctoral researchers;
  • Promote best supervision practices and structured monitoring of the doctoral and postdoctoral journey, to ensure a high-quality experience;
  • Facilitate the integration and create a community of early-career researchers, encouraging experience sharing and mutual support, and strengthening the sense of belonging within the University.
