Guillaume Lentendu

My research is focus on protist biogeography and macroecology, mostly in terrestrial ecosystems. This includes island biogeography, latitudinal and altitudinal diversity gradients, species assembly patterns at regional and global scale and phylogeography.

I also develop bioinformatic tools for the analyses of eDNA HTS datasets for metabarcode based diversity assessments.
