Workshop on survey sampling

In honour of Professor Yves Tillé on the occasion of his retirement.

Professor Yves Tillé will retire in the summer of 2025. On 25 and 26 June 2025, we will celebrate his career with a two-day workshop at the University of Neuchâtel (Faculty of Science), Switzerland. This event will pay tribute to his rich career as a major survey statistician and dedicated professor.

This celebration will consist of two days of lectures by experts in the field of survey sampling: Jean-François Beaumont (Statistics Canada), Guillaume Chauvet (ENSAI Rennes, France), Maria Michela Dickson (University of Padova, Italy), Giuseppe Espa (University of Trento, Italy), Camelia Goga (University of Franche Comté, France), Anton Grafström (Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, Umeå, Sweden), Alessio Guandalini (ISTAT, Italy), David Haziza (University of Ottawa, Canada), Isabel Molina (Complutense University of Madrid, Spain), Maria Giovanna Ranalli (University of Perugia, Italy), Jean-Pierre Renfer (Swiss Statistical Office), Anne Ruiz-Gazen (University of Toulouse Capitole, France).
