• an agreement signed by UniNE and the partner institution,
• teaching at least 8 hours of classes per week,
• minimum of 2 consecutive days and maximum of 5 consecutive days.

Before the assignment

At the request of the UniNE teacher, the Study Exchange Office will send you the Mobility Agreement, which must be completed and returned to bureau.mobilite@unine.ch at least 3 weeks before the start of the assignment.

At the end of the assignment

• complete the final report
• complete and sign the certificate of attendance
• send these two documents + travel invoices (public transport only: train, plane, bus…) to bureau.mobilite@unine.ch

The subsidy consists of :

•     a daily allowance of CHF 170 per day of teaching and travel (max. 7 days’ allowance – including travel days),
•     travel allowance: travel costs (1 single return ticket) are covered up to a maximum of CHF 500.00, on presentation of tickets. Please note that only travel by public transport, economy class, will be taken into account.
