Research
As part of my master’s studies in Neuchâtel, I am specializing in conservation and biodiversity.
My master’s thesis focuses on the causes of the decline of the Phengaris alcon rebeli butterfly and its host plant Gentiana cruciata.

Project
My master’s project in the functional ecology laboratory is to study the ecology and causes of the decline of Phengaris alcon rebeli and its host plant Gentiana cruciata. The project aims to target the interaction between these two species at varying altitudes across different regions of Switzerland. The aim is to understand how the plants react to the environmental variables (for example, changes in their chemical composition) that they encounter and to estimate the impact that this could have on this butterfly, which only lays its eggs on this plant.
