Valérie Rüfenacht

Biography

Valérie Rüfenacht, a graduate with a BSc and MSc in Management from HEC Lausanne, began her PhD in 2021 at the Institute of Management, Faculty of Economics, University of Neuchâtel.

Research Areas:

  • Diversity and inclusion: exploring practices that foster the integration of differences and their impact on individual behaviors
  • Identity and fluidity: studying perceptions and transformations of individual and collective identities
  • Self-categorization: analyzing the processes through which individuals define themselves
