Reimbursement rules for activities organized in collaboration with CUSO

DSLS members participating in activities offered in collaboration with CUSO may be reimbursed only for travel expenses, based on a standard half‑fare CFF return ticket between Neuchâtel and the activity location (reimbursement form to download). Accommodation, meals, and other subsistence costs are not covered by the DSLS; lunch is only covered if it is explicitly included in the CUSO activity itself. Exceptions may be granted only upon prior request, with a justification, and depending on the available budget (students must contact the DSLS coordinator at least 5 days before the activity at ds.biology@unine.ch). Students registered on CUSO‑reserved places follow CUSO’s reimbursement rules. In all cases, participants must keep all original tickets and receipts.
