Consortium

This work is conducted by a strong interdisciplinary consortium combining expertise in entomology, chemical ecology, agronomy, gender empowerment, and rural development. The Swiss and Kenyan teams involve:

  • University of Neuchâtel (UniNE) – leaders in chemical ecology and EPN research
  • icipe (International Centre of Insect Physiology and Ecology) – Africa’s premier insect research institute
  • CABI (Centre for Agriculture and Bioscience International) – a global expert in sustainable pest management
  • Dudutech IPM Ltd – a Kenyan-based biocontrol company experienced in local-scale production

Together, we aim to deliver an innovative and scalable solution that supports sustainable farming practices, safeguards public health, and contributes to food security in East Africa.
