Terms and conditions

  • By registering to the event, participants agree to share their contact information (i.e., name, affiliation, and email) with other participants.
  • All workshop and plenary session participants (i.e., presenters and organizers) must register and pay by July 31, 2019 at 11h59 PM (CET) or they will be removed from the program.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made in writing by sending an email to socio.congress2019@unine.ch with “CANCELLATION REQUEST” in the subject line. Please save a copy of this email for your records.
  • Cancellations received by June 15, 2019 at 11h59 PM (CET) will be refunded in full, minus a 20 CHF cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be charged regardless of the reason for cancelling.
  • Cancellations received between June 16, 2019 and August 31, 2019 at 11h59 PM (CET) will be refunded at 50%, and a 20 CHF cancellation fee will be deducted.
  • No refund can be made for any cancellation received after August 312019.
  • If you are entitled to a refund, please note that refunds will be made after the conference.
