Terms and conditions

The following conditions of cancellation apply:

  • full refund can be granted if cancellation of attendance is notified at least one month before the beginning of the conference, i.e. before August 4, 2011.
  • partial (50%) refund can be granted if cancellation of attendance is notified between one month and 15 days prior to the beginning of the conference, i.e. between July 20, 2011 and August 3, 2011.
  • no refund will be granted if cancellation of attendance is notified less than 15 days before the beginning of the conference beginning, i.e. after August 21, 2011. 
  • refund of the conference dinner fee is only granted, under the same conditions as above, in case the participant cancels attendance to the conference.
  • all refund requests must be e-mailed to pr.ir2011@unine.ch
