Research interests
Beside my activity at the direction of the University of Lausanne, I'm currently working on consequences of habitat disturbances on climber communities. My research focuses on climber strategies in temperate and tropical environment using life traits and population genetics.
In temperate regions I'm mainly interested in the Vitis genus:
- Genetic relationship between wild and cultivated grapevines
- Ecological and genetic consequences of feral rootstock in European floodplains
- Survival and reproduction strategies of the endangered European wild grapevine
