CFA / GARP exams and scholarships
- 6 elective ECTS can be replaced by passing the CFA Level I exam or the GARP/FRM part I exam. Only one of the two exams can count.
CFA Institute - Level I, II & III Exams
- Per annum, we award nine CFA Program Awareness Scholarships for UniNE MScF students willing to enroll in the CFA Program and who meet the programme entrance requirements.
- Priority is given to 1st-year students.
- CFA Program enrolment fee is waived and exam registration is reduced to USD 350.
- Exam Dates, Cost, and Registration Fees.
- If a student has already registered for the exam she/he can not apply for a scholarship. No refunds for any exam registrations.
- Scholarship recipients have up to seven months to register for an exam and redeem their scholarship award.
- Applicants for a CFA scholarship should simultaneously apply online and submit the CFA / GARP scholarship application form to Kira Facchinetti. Deadline: 31 January 2023.

This is a great resource to supplement project or dissertation reading.

This free online course helps students navigate ethical situations using the Ethical Decision-Making Framework. They are presented with real-world scenarios and case studies in an online platform that allows them to interact with their peers and study at their own pace (1.5 hours learning).

CFA Institute Investment Foundations
CFA Institute Investment Foundations
This program gives students considering careers in the investment industry a clear understanding of industry structure, job roles, investment instruments, inputs and tools. Suitable for undergraduates, this currently free certificate program is delivered entirely through a modern online learning platform accessible on most devices (80-100 hours learning).
GARP FRM Exam
- Per annum, we award 6 FRM Part I scholarships for UniNE MScF students who meet the programme entrance requirements.
- Priority is given to 1st-year students.
- Only exam registration fees (which include e-books) are refundable under the scholarship programme; the programme enrolment fee of USD 400 is NOT covered.
- FRM Program and Exams.
- Scholarship recipients have up to one year after being nominated to register and sit for the exam.
- FRM Part I exams can be taken in May, July or November 2022.
- Applicants for a GARP FRM exam scholarship should complete the CFA / GARP scholarship application form and submit it to Kira Facchinetti. Deadline: 31 January 2023.
