Manager’s Radar in the World Trading System (2003)
A set of teaching materials developed for the ITC program “World Tr@de Net”.
The material is used to train government officials, members of the industrial associations, mangers and academics in order to improve the private sector’s performance in dealing with business-governments relations in the context of trade policy and international trade negotiations.

Michel M. Kostecki est Professeur Honoraire à la Faculté des Sciences économiques à l'Université de Neuchâtel, en Suisse. 

Il a été un des fondateurs de l'Institut de l'entreprise (maintenant appelé Institut de management) dans la même université et a dirigé un programme de doctorat en Sciences Administrative pour les université suisses francophones. Professeur Kostecki faisait partie de l'Uruguay Round, devenue plus tard l'Organisation Mondiale du Commerce et était Professeur Associé en "Business Economics" à l'Université de Montréal (HEC) au Canada.

Il a obtenu son PhD au Graduate Institute à Genève en 1976 et a travaillé à l'Institute of Operations Research and Applied Mathematics de l'Université de Zurich.

Professeur Kostecki est consultant pour de nombreuses organisations internationales, gouvernements et sociétés. Il est auteur et co-auteur de 16 volumes et de nombreux articles académiques. Il a travaillé sur l'assistance technique et les missions académiques dans 65 pays. Il continue d'écrire des essais littéraires et des recueils d'aphorismes.
