ProjectBiodiversity and agriculture in the Jura wood pastures

Research:
My primary research interest lies in the conservation of human-modified ecosystems. I am particularly fascinated by how species communities respond to varying levels of land-use intensity, especially in agricultural and forested landscapes. My work focuses on understanding these dynamics through case studies that explore biodiversity patterns and ecological processes.

I mainly study birds, but my research also includes selected groups of invertebrates and terrestrial mammals. By integrating data across taxa, I aim to contribute to a more holistic understanding of ecosystem changes and inform conservation strategies that are both ecologically effective and socially relevant.
