Project: Biodiversity conservation in Switzerland
Research:
My PhD project, based in Switzerland, investigates the influence of microclimatic conditions of roosts located in buildings on bat activity, as well as the effects of climate change on bat species distribution. My research also examines how landscape heterogeneity and connectivity, particularly in the wooded pastures of the Swiss Jura, affect species diversity and support conservation of bat habitats.
Education:
2020-2022 MSc in Ecology and Species Conservation, University of Uppsala, Sweden
2016-2019 BSc in Biology, University of Neuchâtel, Switzerland
