Master in Social Sciences, specialization "Migration and Citizenship"
This specialization addresses, in an interdisciplinary manner, key issues of our modern societies concerning the mobility of persons, societal transformations and migration policies. These issues are intrinsically linked to the future organization of nation states and their interconnections with transnational phenomena of people and of the economy.

The specialization "migration and citizenship" of the Master in Social Sciences participates in the European Master in Migration Studies (EuMIGS), a European double degree academic exchange program dedicated to migration issues.
The SFM is offering a new Master's course in the spring semester!
This course offers the opportunity to discover the research projects carried out by the SFM and nccr-on the move affiliates. It addresses the challenges and particularities of applied research and thus allows to deepen the question of communication between scientific research and the political world. This course is particularly interesting for students who are heading towards applied research/mandate work.
