Students wishing to make an exchange at the UniNE should contact their institution's International Relations office. 

They should then fill out, sign and return the application forms (see link under "Forms"). The procedure outlined below gives further information on deadlines.

Student Exchange - Application Procedure

• Deadline : April 15 to apply for an exchange during the Fall semester or the whole academic year

• April 15: university partners send to bureau.mobilite@unine.ch the nomination sheet
• April 20: UniNE's Mobility Office provides the selected students with the application forms & the other information necessary for their registration and accommodation
• April 30: selected students return their application forms to the contact person (see below).
• May 30: UniNE's Mobility Office confirms their admission to the selected students with a copy to the international office of their university and sends also the information necessary for their stay at University of Neuchâtel.

Deadline: September 15 to apply for an exchange during the Spring semester
