Description
Ce cours porte sur les thèmes et aspects centraux du phénomène des flux migratoires contemporains. Les concepts de base sont abordés dans une perspective ethnologique et approfondis à l'aide d'études empiriques et d'éléments théoriques. Quelles formes les migrations prennent-elles aujourd'hui et sur quelles réflexions se base le concept de "transnationalisme" ? Comment la décision de migrer se prend-elle et quelles sont les caractéristiques des sociétés multiculturelles ? Quelles mesures permettent de contribuer à l'intégration des migrants et dans quel sens parle-t-on des nouvelles formes de flux migratoires ? Telles sont quelques-unes des questions auxquelles le cours s'efforcera de répondre.
Objectif du cours
Connaissance des thèmes et concepts centraux du phénomène de la migration dans une perspective ethnologique.
Aspects pédagogiques
Le cours comprendra des temps de présentation et de discussion. Les étudiant-e-s sont impliqué-e-s dans le déroulement du cours par des présentations, des débats et des petits exercices de terrain.
Pour garantir une discussion intéressante, les participant-e-s sont prié-e-s de lire comme préparation les textes signalés par une * dans la bibliographie et mentionnés dans le tableau du programme. Les textes se trouvent dans un classeur à la bibliothèque.
