PhD students have the opportunity to present their work through poster or oral presentation (10 min).

New Ph.D. students (or first time participants or who never presented at the annual PhD meeting) have to present their project (at least through poster presentation).

Deadline for submission of title and abstracts: 8 April 2013.

Date: Thursday 2 May 2013

Schedule: 8:55-17:00 (from 8:15 registration, poster hanging, presentation uploading, 17:00 apéro!)

Location: University of Neuchâtel, Faculté des sciences, UniMail, building G (Chimie),Petit auditoire de chimie GPA

ECTS : 0.5 with poster or oral presentation (Scientific)

Evaluation : Full attendance

Registration fee : free for master and PhD students of Interuniversity doctoral program in organismal biology. CHF 25 for all other participants (2 coffee breaks and lunch included).

Travel expenses : participants in the Interuniversity doctoral program in organismal biology  (University of Neuchâtel) are eligible for reimbursement of incurred travel expenses by train (half-fare card, and 2nd class). 

  Make sure you SIGN the ATTENDANCE LIST and take your CERTIFICATE at the end of the day!

Please send the original tickets (no copies) with the reimbursement form  to Dr. Christiane Bobillier.  No reimbursement for bus, taxi or car travel expenses will be paid.

Registration

  • The annual meeting is compulsory for all participants of the doctoral program (no registration fee).
    For organisational matters, registration is required.
  • It is open to external participants (registration fee CHF 25 to be paid latest on 22 April 2013***).

If you would like to give an oral presentation or poster presentation please indicate it in the remark field. You will be contacted by the organizers to confirm your choice.

Deadlines :

  • PhD students that should/would like to present their work either by oral presentation or poster are invited to submit the title and abstract using the registration form until 8 April 2013,
  • Attendance only: 22 April 2013
