Le livre «Aphidina 2» présente une vue d'ensemble des 321 espèces de pucerons de Suisse de la famille Aphididae au sens strict et est une suite au volume «Aphidina 1» (Non-Aphididae).
Il contient une clé de détermination, tous les lieux d'observation en Suisse, un aperçu de la répartition mondiale de chaque espèce, de leur cycle biologique et leur phytopathologie. Das Buch «Aphidina 2» ist ein Überblick über die 321 Schweizer Blattlausarten der Familie Aphididae im engeren Sinne und die Fortsetzung des Bandes «Aphidina 1» (Non-Aphididae).
Es enthält einen Bestimmungsschlüssel, sämtliche Schweizer Fundorte, einen Überblick über die weltweite Verbreitung der einzelnen Arten und über ihre Zyklus-Biologie und Phytopathologie. Ein alphabetisches Verzeichnis der Blattlausarten mit ihren Wirtspflanzen und der Wirtspflanzen mit den darauf in der Schweiz vorkommenden Blattläusen erleichtert die Bestimmung.
So dürfte das Werk nicht nur für den Taxonomen und Faunistiker, sondern auch für den Pflanzenschutzpraktiker in der Land- und Forstwirtschaft und im Umweltschutz von einigem Nutzen sein.

Contiene una chiave di determinazione, tutti i luoghi d’osservazione in Svizzera, la descrizione della distribuzione mondiale di tutte le specie, del loro ciclo biologico e della loro fitopatologia. Quale ausilio alla determinazione, il volume comprende un elenco alfabetico delle specie di Afidi con le loro piante ospiti, e un elenco delle piante con le specie di Afidi presenti in svizzera che le parassitano.
Questa pubblicazione è dunque utile sia per gli specialisti in tassonomia ed in faunistica sia per i responsabili della protezione delle piante in agricoltura ed in silvicoltura.

The book «Aphidina 2» presents an overview of 321 species of aphids of Switzerland (family Aphididae sensu stricto) and is the follow-up of volume «Aphidina 1» (Non-Aphididae).
It contains a determination key, all observation points in Switzerland, a view of the worldwide distribution of each species, their biological cycle and their phytopathology. An alphabetical list of the aphids with their host plants and a list of host plants with all the aphids that can be found on them in Switzerland helps with the determination.
This publication is therefore useful for taxonomists, experts in faunistic, as well as people responsible for plant protection in agriculture and sylviculture.
