Submitted papers must be written in English and should not exceed 12 pages using 11-point font and reasonable margins, including figures, tables and references. Submissions must be made through the on-line submission site.

The formal proceedings are planned to be published as a volume in the Springer-Verlag Lecture Notes in Business Information Processing series. Authors of accepted papers are required to submit the final, camera-ready versions of their papers after the conference in LNBIP format (here is a direct link to the Latex template). If the LNBIP format is used for initial submission, the paper length may be up to 15 pages. Each participant will receive a copy of the final proceedings.
