All-included packages are available for the conference and the tutorials/workshops. All packages include:

• Accommodation including breakfast
• Attendance to the sessions
• One copy of the proceedings
• Coffee breaks
• Lunches
• Welcome reception
• Conference dinner

Packages can be supplemented by registering an accompanying person only entitled to lunches, dinners, coffee breaks, and conference dinner.

Full registrations can choose between single room (private) or double room (shared by two participants). Student registrations will be accommodated in double rooms. Accompanying persons will be lodged in a double room with the corresponding registrant.

Students registrations provide the same benefits as full registrations for a reduced price, but the registrant must be a student (i.e., M.Sc. or Ph.D. student) and proof of enrollment at an accredited institution will be required.

Note that at least one full registration (single or double room) is required for each accepted paper.

Early registration: The prices below are for an early registration (before December 23, 2010). After this date, all packages fees will be 100,- CHF more to cover the additional costs.

If you want to combine MCETECH with skiing holidays, hotel nights are available at the hotel before the conference but not after as another conference is being organized just after MCETECH. Nonetheless, additional hotel nights can be reserved in neighboorhing hotels in this case. Feel free to contact us if this is your case.
