Application
Allocations will be distributed on demand only. A brief description of the use of the supplementary family allocation has to be added to the demand. Request form: allocation.pdf
Academic degree and duration
Allocations are for PhD students only and can only be paid as long as the PhD student is registered in the GS.
Utilisation
Allocations must be used only for childcare (day nursery, day-care center, nanny….).
Gender
If the conditions above are met, there are no further restrictions for female PhD students.
Male PhD students are eligible as well if their female partner at the time of application pursues an academic career.
The NCCR Equal Opportunities office has to be informed about changes in the career development/academic status.
